8. Cancellations

9. Returns or Replacements

Living plants may be affected by heat, cold, lack of water, direct harsh sunlight, chemicals, improper handling or transportation. Conditions affecting a plant after delivery that are beyond our reasonable control may not qualify for replacement.
For a damage or product-related claim, you may be required to provide clear photographs of the product and supporting details.
The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery where a return is approved.
Requests received after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
10. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.
Refunds for eligible online payments may be processed within 7–10 working days from the date the refund is initiated, subject to payment gateway processing times.
In case of duplicate payments for the same order, the duplicate amount may be refunded within 15–20 working days, subject to payment gateway processing times.
Convenience fees, taxes or other non-refundable charges, where applicable, may not be refunded.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Products are carefully packed and shipped through available shipping and logistics partners.
Orders may generally be dispatched within 7–10 days from the date of placing an order, depending on product availability and order requirements.
Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping partner.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist with tracking the shipment.
Shipping charges may be calculated based on actual weight, volumetric weight, packaging requirements and applicable transportation charges.
Shipping charges displayed at the time of placing the order shall generally apply to that order.
In case of loss, delay or damage caused during transportation, liability may be subject to the policies and limitations of the applicable shipping partner.
